1370 total grafts with 650 micrografts/follicular unit grafts produced the following result after seven months. Although the original plan was that two sessions would be needed, the patient stated he was very satisfied with the one session result and opted not to proceed with session two. His curly hair and average to slightly above average hair shaft diameter along with a receptor site pattern designed as tightly together as possible are the underlying factors accounting for the satisfaction with one session.
